<p>PURPOSE:To unify the designation method of data by means of a point action on a screen and to improve operability by detecting an identification number by means of a return pointer on an inverted file corresponding to an instructed position when a graphic is instructed on the screen. CONSTITUTION:When read data is a picture, it is directly displayed on the display screen 1. When the read data is numerical data, a numerical string is graphed by using a graph generation means and displayed on the screen as the picture. The boundary of the display picture is written in a value surface 3 on the inverted file corresponding to the display picture. Identification numbers 6 and 7 are designated at the inner side of the boundary, and the identification numbers 6 and 7 of the display picture are set at the inner side of the boundary by using a color painting-out means. Then, the same identification number 5 is set in plural boundaries on a field surface 2 by the same procedure as the value surface. The procedure is repeated with respect to all data. Then, the input of a coordinate position is waited. When the input of a coordinate is waited and the coordinate is inputted, the identification numbers set in the inverted file are read out.</p> |
