WATER STOP TECHNIQUE AND HOSE UTILIZED FOR ITS TECHNIQUE AND HOSE SUPPORTING RING

PURPOSE:To closely stick a long-sized hose having a layer impregnated with thermosetting resin to the end part closely stuck to the lateral joining part of a hose by closely sticking the end part with a hose supporting ring fixed thereto to the lateral joining part of a main pipe and thereafter inserting the above-mentioned long-sized hose into the main pipe and heating this long-sized hose by hot water to cure the thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:One end 1a of a hose 1 is regulated and positioned so that it is placed just under the lateral port 12a of a main pipe 12. An air-tight cover 14 is inserted to the other end 1b of the hose 1 in a measure side, clamped and fixed by a band 15 and thereby the airtightness in the hose 1 is held. Then the circulation pipes 16, 17 for the inward and outward paths are connected to a heat source generator 20. Water in the hose 1 is heated and thermosetting resin in the fiber layer 2 of the hose 1 is cured by hot water and the cured hose 1 is closely stuck into the lateral 11. At this time, the end part 1a of the hose 1 in a fixing base 8 side is made a resin disk and closely stuck to the inner circumferential face of the main pipe 12. Thereafter a long-sized hose 21 made of fibrous material impregnated with thermosetting resin is inserted into the main pipe 12. This hose 21 is bonded to the end part 1a with a hose supporting ring 4 of the hose 1 fixed thereto by heating and curing thermosetting resin. Thereby a lining is performed in the part wherein both the main pipe 12 and the joining part of the lateral 11 are integrated with each other.
