<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a soldering step for a terminal board by providing contact electrodes and a wiring on a projected part provided in one body with a board, simultaneously with formation of a circuit. CONSTITUTION:A projected part 1a is provided on aboard 1a, and conductive parts for connection between contact electrodes 3a and a wiring 3b are provided simultaneously with formation of the wiring 3b. In an IC card thus constructed, information is transmitted through the contact electrodes 3a and the wiring 3b to an element. A soldering step can be omitted by thus providing the projected part on the board, whereby fabrication cost can be reduced, and secure conduction between the contact electrodes and the wiring is achieved, with the result of enhanced quality.</p> |
