<p>PURPOSE:To enable a larger blank and a speedy operation of writing specific information and prevent falsification of written information by providing a pair of transparent sheets for covering the face and back sides of a plurality of card bases arranged in paralle, through an adhesive layer, and coupling the card bases. CONSTITUTION:An information card 7 obtained from an information card base 1 comprises a first card base 21 and a second card base 22 connected by a pair of transparent sheets 31, 31, whereby an increase in surface area can be contrived. The card 7 is folded with a stripe form magnetic tape 6 on the inside, so that the card is hardly marred, and can endure long-time use. Further, a release sheets 4 is intermediately provided between the second card base 22 and the transparent sheet 31, exposing a part of the surface of the card base 22, and a carbon ink layer is provided on one side of the release sheet 4. Therefore, writing of specific information can be easily performed by application of a writing pressure, and the covering with the transparent sheet 31 prevents the specific information from being falsified.</p> |
