PURPOSE:To prevent a wrinkle and a striation from being caused on the external surface and to obtain sufficient adhesion force by providing a projecting part larger than the projecting rate of the outer face side of a tire as a joining allowance to the hollow part side of a half tire piece and molding the half tire pieces respectively and thereafter press-sticking and joining these tire pieces, integrally molding and vulcanizing them. CONSTITUTION:In the case of molding the half-split tire piece 130, 130, the joining allowance E1, E2 of the tire pieces are projected from the joining face of a bottom force 11 and a top force 12. The joining allowances E1, E2 are molded by a core mold and unvulcanized. Therefore when the half-shaped tire pieces 130, 130 are integrally joined and vulcanized, the joining allowances E1, E2 are made integral, tightly bonded and molded. Further the shape of this joining allowance E1 is formed into such an oblique shape that the projecting rate d2 in the outer circumferential side of the tire is made small and the projecting rate d1 in the inside is made large. Thereby when joining is performed, a wrinkle and a striation are not caused on the outer surface part because the small projecting rate only necessary for adhesion is formed in the outer circumferential side where vulcanization is in progress. Further the projecting rate is made large in the unvulcanized inside and excess rubber is made protuberant into a hollow part 108 at a time of joining. Therefore sufficient adhesive force can be obtained. |
