PURPOSE:To attain data transmission without delay fluctuation by applying sampling of an input data based on a frame pulse as a reference. CONSTITUTION:An input data is sampled by sampling pulses A-H and a sampling output '0000001111111...' is obtained. The data is sampled by a high speed clock, the position of a change point is subject to time quantization and encoded, and information representing the presence of a change is added just after the change point code. A multiplex section 8 multiplexes the data corresponding to the sampling pulses A-H to a channel corresponding to a succeeding frame. A demultiplex section 13 outputs the multiplexed data from a frame synchronizing pulse of the next frame in the order of the sampling pulses A-H. A decoding reproducing section 14 decodes and reproduces the input data from the demultiplexed signal. |
