PURPOSE:To prevent wow and flutter from being generated by providing a limiter circuit to feed the alternative current component of an output from a motor driver back to the operational amplifier of a front step when a shuttle is driven at a fixed speed. CONSTITUTION:A limiter circuit 23 is provided to feed the alternative current component of the output from a motor driver 21 back to an operational amplifier OA1 of the front step when the shuttle is driven at the fixed speed. When the shuttle starts operation at the fixed speed, a switch Sw1 is turned off by a timing circuit 25 and the limiter circuit 23 is operated. Further, when the output from the motor driver 21 is changed to a peak state, the alternative current component corresponding to oscillation is passed through a capacitor C2, which Sw1 and diode D1(or D2) and returned to the operational amplifier OA1 and the peak change of the output is speedily suppressed. Thus, the wow and flutter can be prevented from being generated on the surface of an optical card. |
