The device includes a belt 1 on which is provided a leaktight pocket 2 in which is fastened an adjustable shoulder strap 3 of which the rear end is equipped with a buckle 4 with a widened zone 5 intended to grip the shoulder securely. Two adjustable lower straps 6 are also fastened in the pocket 2, the ends of the straps being equipped with fastenings 7 adapted to two other fastenings 8 contained in the leaktight pocket 2 and joined together by a transverse strip 9. The belt 1 fastened to the waist and the shoulder strap 3 passed over the shoulder, the board and its accessories are placed in the lower straps 6 and are supported during transportation by the transverse strip 9 serving as a gripping handle. After use, the shoulder strap 3 and the straps 6 are folded up in the pocket 2. <IMAGE>
