This device comprises the following combined elements: an olivine coil-type potstone constituting the hot plate (4); a means for preheating the potstone (4), located inside the case (2) and at a distance from said stone; a case (2) having an opening (7) formed in its upper part which delimits the edges (8), close to which are provided supports (9) for supporting the hot plate (4), said supports having double walls (12, 13), at least the inner ones of which are slanted at approximately 45 degrees towards the outside of the case and coated on the inward-facing side with a reflecting material.
