PURPOSE:To accurately detect the timing of the change to the sound signal state by judging that the sound signal state is set at the timing, when the level of an audio signal exceeds a first reference level, in case that the level of the audio signal goes to a prescribed level state to a second reference level within a prescribed time after exceeding the first reference level. CONSTITUTION:A first step where it is detected that the audio signal exceeds the first prescribed reference level and a second step where it is detected that the level of the audio signal goes to the prescribed level state to the second reference level higher than the first reference level are provided; and when the level of the audio signal S goes to the prescribed level state to the second reference level L2 within the prescribed time after exceeding the first reference level, it is judged that the silence signal state is switched to the sound signal state at the timing when the level of the audio signal S exceeds the first reference level L1. Thus, a convulsing phenomenon is prevented because the sound signal state is early and surely judged to early perform the processing of the audio signal. |
