<p>PURPOSE:To form fine patterns of many colors with good workability and high accuracy by using a photosensitive film consisting of a base film and a photosensitive resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The colored photosensitive resin layer formed on the photosensitive film is stuck onto a transparent substrate and a negative mask having prescribed patterns is placed on the base film on the surface of the colored photosensitive resin layer and after the resin layer is exposed, the base film is removed. The unexposed part is then developed by a developer, by which the colored patterns are formed. Such stage for forming the colored patterns is repeated prescribed times by using the photosensitive films of different colors to form the patterns of multiple colors. The color filter is thus obtd. The formation of the photosensitive resin layer having a uniform thickness on the substrate with the good workability is possible and the formation of the fine patterns of the multiple colors with the high accuracy is possible in such a manner. The color filter having the excellent heat resistance is thus produced.</p> |
