The process makes it possible to reconcentrate dispersions, such as emulsions, perturbed by violent treatment. The solution is subjected to electrodialysis in an electrodialyser with an anionic and cationic membrane after addition of a dissociable inorganic product in a concentration bringing the resistivity of the solution to a value of less than 18.5 mS and sufficiently low not to perturb the compounds. <IMAGE>
