PURPOSE:To increase permittivity and no-load Q in a microwave region and to reduce the absolute value of temp. coefft. by using Ba(Sm,Ce,Nd)2Ti4O12 as a base and specifying the amts. of Ba, Ti, Sm, Ce and Nd. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric ceramics for microwaves is a BaO-TiO2Sm2 O3-CeO2-Nd2O3 system based on Ba(Sm,Ce,Nd)2Ti4I12 [Sm (mol)(Ce+Md) (mol)]. When the elements are expressed in terms of oxides, the compsn. is composed of, by mol, 13-20% BaO (a), 56-68% TiO2 (b)' 7-30% Sm2O3 (c), 1-10% CeO2 (d) and 1-10% Nd2O3 (e) [(a+b+c+d+e)=100]. |
