PURPOSE:To lessen the capacity of a memory for recording of the voice data, facilitate scanning of the voice data recorded, and make simple documentation of a part which one has missed to listen to. CONSTITUTION:The digital voice data fed from a voice input part 9 is written by a CPU 1 into a sampling buffer 4 endlessly at all times. When a voice take-in order is given from a keybord 5, the CPU 1 accommodates a specified amount of voice data reserved in the buffer 4 in a RAM 3 while the data is related to the document which has been entered in the RAM 3. When a voice reproduce order is given from the keyboard 5, the CPU 1 displays a voice take-in mark in a display device 7, and the voice data corresponding to the voice take-in mark specified by the user who saw it is read out of the RAM 3 and passed to a voice output part 10 so that the voice is reproduced. The user hears this voice and enters the corresponding character string from the keyboard 5, and it is possible to make easy documentation of the part which he has missed to hear. |
