PURPOSE: To provide a mass storage nickel-hydride battery used, in particular for a power device for starting and driving of an electric vehicle by disposing a specific shape net in an electrode board. CONSTITUTION: In an electrode for a nickel-hydride battery which has active quality adhered to an electrode board and an electrode board, the electrode board has a metal net coated with foam nickel and the net 11 has a plurality of stems 12 and a plurality of branch parts 13 connected with the stems 12 and one ear part 10 projected from one side of the net 11 and most stems 12 expand to edge part from the ear part 10 of the net 11.
