PURPOSE:To facilitate the fixation of a color bar and to correctly identify a blood flow velocity expressed with a color by displaying the color bar closely to the arbitrary point of a color flow image. CONSTITUTION:A moving quantity indicated by operating a display position indicator 6 is reported to a display position control part 5 in real time, and the display position control part 5 successively updates a display control position to a color bar generating part 4. As a result, the color bar generating part 4 generates a color bar 3b in a position moved by the degree of the moving quantity to be indicated. Consequently, for a user, by confirming the display position of the color bar 3b on a picture and, simultaneously, successively operating the display position indicator 6, the color bar 3b can be moved to the arbitrary position to be hoped, for example, it can be made close to the arbitrary point of a color flow image 3a, and thereby, the color collation of the color flow image 3a and color bar 3b can be easily executed. |
