PURPOSE:To improve electric contact characteristic of a photodetecting face electrode film with a second back face electrode film by forming a second back face electrode film with a laminate of an Ni film, conductive paste containing conductive particles covering low resistance metal particles or the Ni film in contact with the photodetecting face electrode film and a lower resistance metal film than that of the Ni film. CONSTITUTION:A second back face electrode film 5 is formed of an Ni film made of conductive paste containing conductive particles covering with low resistance metal particles such as Al or Ag particles. Accordingly, the Ni film is brought into direct contact with a photodetecting face electrode film 1 made of TCO. The film 5 is formed of an Ni film 50 in contact with the film 1, and a metal film 51 made of lower resistance Al, Ag, etc., than that of the film 50. Thus, the electric contact characteristic of the film 1 with the film 5 can be improved. |
