PURPOSE:To contrive prevention of deformation by constituting the titled method that a curing rate is made uniform and a difference in contraction is not generated, by making a flow rate of a molding material decrease by providing a dam at a part corresponding to the direction in which the molding material is apt to flow, in the vicinity of a gate of a cavity. CONSTITUTION:Dams 6, 6 are formed on predetermined parts of a cavity 4 pointing mutually to each of gates 2, 2' at a predetermined width and height. A rate of a molding material flowing by pointing mutually to each of the gates 2, 2' is reduced by each of the dams 6, 6, on the other hand, fluid resistance to the molding material flowing in the direction of a cavity 4' which is at a long distance from each of the gates 2, 2' is low and an arriving time to an intermediate part of each of the gates 2, 2' in the cavity 4 of the molding material becomes equal to that up to the most remote part from each of the gates 2, 2' in the cavity 4'. As for the molding material, therefore, a curing rate in the cavity 4 which is in the vicinity of each of the gates 2, 2' and that in the cavity 4' which is at a long distance from each of the gates 2, 2' become equal to each other, and a matter that distortion is generated during a curing process of the molding material and an injection-molded article is deformed at the time of mold opening does not happen. |
