PURPOSE:To cure hardening resin while tentering a sheetlike fiber structural material impregnated with hardening resin by previously curing the resin of a gripping part before both selvage parts of the sheetlike fiber structural mate rial are held. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg is obtained by continuously immersing leno woven fabric in a hardening resin soln. and drying it. Then this prepreg is held on a clip tenter. In this case, in order to prevent bonding to the clip, the double faces of both selvage parts of the prepreg are irradiated with far infrared rays by a far infrared lamp before the selvage parts are held by a clip. Thereafter both selvage parts are held by the clip and the hardening resin is cured while tentering the woven fabric. As a result, bonding to the clip is mover generated in the outlet of a heating furnace and continuous processing is smoothly enabled. |
