PURPOSE:To prevent a rubber material from squeezing out by providing a movable mold demarcating a part of a cavity at least in one split mold for installing an energizing means for pressing the movable mold to the cavity side in said movable mold. CONSTITUTION:A split mold 1 constitutes a bottom force and a mold 2 constitutes a top force. A movable mold 4 forming a part of a cavity 3 is contained inside the split mold 1 as the bottom force. Also, an energizing means 5 for pressing said movable mold 4 to the cavity 3 side is provided in said movable mold 4. As said energizing means 5, a coned disc spring 7 is provided on a bolt 6 fixed to the movable mold 4, and when the load is not applied to the movable mold 4 in the direction of contracting said coned disc spring 7, the upper surface of the movable mold 4 is in the state of being lifted up from the surface of the split mold 1 by the height shown as a mark (t) by the action of the coned disc spring 7. H is the height when said coned disc spring 7 is stretched. A component 8 is a nozzle backing component for backing up an injection nozzle for a rubber material, and the rubber material is injected from an injection port 10 into the cavity 3 through a passage 9. |
