PURPOSE:To obtain an armature coil with high quality, safety and high reliability, by heat-hardening the entire body, after a semicure electric wire whereon a fixing resin is deposited on the conductor is wound up around a magnetic material core via a thermosetting type both side adhesive tape, and then fixing thereon by a pre-preg tape. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, 5 represents the coil, which is the semicured electric wire whereon the resin for fixation is further deposited on the conductor baked with normal varnish, and 6 represents the insulating tape for exterior reinforcement, which is the pre-preg tape wherein the thermosetting resin is impregnated in a mixed weaved cloth wherein the warp is constituted of thermal contractive polyester fibers and the weft of glass fibers thus changing said impregnated resin into a semihardened state. First, the magnetic material core 1 and the coil 5 are fixed via the both side Si adherent adhesive tape 3, and further the coil 5 and the insulating tape for exterior reinforcement 6 are applied to the heat treatment 180 deg.C-approx. one hour. Thereby, they are fixed, thus hardening the entire body into an integral body resulting in the manufacture of an armature coil. |
