<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the transmission of a packet having no substantial data by constituting a method with a 1st deciding step discriminating whether or not a received character is a packet transmission character and a 2nd deciding step discriminating whether or not a character other than the packet transmission character exists in a transmission/reception buffer. CONSTITUTION:When a character is received from a non-packet terminal equipment 1 in a character reception waiting step 11, the 1st deciding step 12 discriminates whether or not the character is a specific packet transmission character, and in the case of the transmission character, the 2nd deciding step 14 discriminates whether a or not a character other than the packet transmission character exists in the transmission/reception buffer 3, and a packet assembling transmission step 15 assembles the received packet transmission character and the character in the transmission/reception buffer 3 to assemble them in to a packet. Only when the packet transmission character is received next to the effective data, the packet is assembled and useless packet transmission is prevented substantially.</p> |
