<p>PURPOSE:To attempt energy saving and efficiency improvement of mechanical processing by integrally controlling each of the components such as an assembling device, a processing device and others which assemble, combine and process a plural number of parts processed singly per item with a controller. CONSTITUTION:A part singly processed per item by a processing device 2 is stocked in a middle stocker 7 through a loading and unloading device 5 and a transportation device 4 in accordance with the instruction of a controller 8. And an assembling device 6 automatically transports parts from the middle stocker 7 by a controller 8, washes the parts transported therein with a washer 3, assembles them in sequence and stocks the combined parts in a stocker 1 by the transportation device 4 again. The, on the basis of the instruction of the controller 8, the combined parts are processed in the same motion as the case of single item process by an automatic processing system. Accordingly, it is possible to automatically perform a series of process covering single item process to combined process integratively.</p> |
