PURPOSE:To perform processing on real time, by obtaining a plurality of color data from an optical image through reading of an original optically and erasing a specific color data only. CONSTITUTION:A data switching device DSW supplies a black data DHB to e.g., a black head HEB with a switching control of an output signal from a data selector. When a color is desired to incapacitate from reproducing, a changeover switch 151, e.g., is connected to a contact (s) and a switch 153 is to a contact (v). Then, black recording is made based on only a black data DMB of the reading data and a red data DMR is interrupted. When this elimination is made only for a region other than the designated regions, a logical signal SDL2 is made to a high level only over the period of edge detection.
