<p>PURPOSE:To readily obtain the subject substances by carrying out 3-stage reactions, such as beta-addition, then alkyl capturing and elimination of thio group, of, e.g. tribtyltin-lithium available from hexabutylditin and n-buthyl-lithium, using a readily available selenoenone, etc. CONSTITUTION:A selenoenone or thioenone expressed by formula I or II (n is 1-4; X is Se or S; Ph is phenyl; R<4> is protecting group of hydroxyl group) is used as a starting material and a compound expressed by formula III (R<1> is butyl, methyl or phenyl) is subjected to beta-addition thereto to provide an enolate expressed by formula IV or V. The resultant formed compound is then captured with a compound expressed by the formula YA (Y is halogen; A is 4-10C saturated or unsaturated aliphatic group substituted or unsubstituted with an alkoxycarbonyl group, allyl or benzyl) in the presence of hexamethylphosphoric triamide to eliminate the group -XAr and SnR'3 from the product to afford compounds expressed by formula VI or VII.</p> |
