PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency by operating a ram, a stripper press and an ejector using the same driving force and enabling one machine to perform a series of processes such as pressing, half blanking, flat pressing etc. of a material to be worked. CONSTITUTION:Driving force of a main shaft 4 moves an arm 31 vertically through a crank shaft 10, and moves a ram 15 vertically through a plate 13 to press a die. A part of driving force of the main shaft operates a shaft 19 through a chain 17 and rotates a cam 20 attached to the main shaft 19, and operates a stripper hold 24. Further, driving force of the main shaft 4 moves an arm 28 and an ejector 30 vertically through a cam floor 27. The stropper hold 24 presses the die and half blanks a material to be worked 33 by vertical movement of the bar from below. Then, the half blanked material to be worked 33 is flat pressed by a descending ram 15. |
