<p>Method for transforming a copolymer comprising patterns derived from ethylene and patterns derived from an unsaturated acid ester by reaction with at least one polyol. The copolymer having a fluidity index from 0.2 to 12 dg/min is subjected to a transesterification-cross-linking reaction at a temperature from 150 to 250°C and under a pressure between 1 and 100 bars, the molar ratio between the hydroxyl functions of the polyol and the ester functions of the copolymer being at the most equal to 1.
