Gable-type tent

The invention relates to a gable-type tent, comprising a tent skin and a framework which is composed, on each of the two end sides, of two supports which can be fitted together at their upper end, of a horizontal ridge pole which can be fitted at the upper end of said support, and of in each case one spacer pole which can be fitted on the supports in the lower region. The object of the invention is, without any obvious addition in terms of weight and material, to provide, in the case of a gable-type tent, a considerable increase in the interior without the stability of the gable-type tent being impaired. The invention consists in the fact that there is provided at least one further pole which can be fitted on the supporting poles, in the upper half of the tent, and is curved outwards.
