WORK INSTRUCTION SYSTEM IN PRODUCTION LINE

PURPOSE:To obtain a work instruction system in a production line inexpensive and of high working efficiency by providing a memory medium storing a work content, transferring incidental to a work and capable of reading and writing, a reading means thereof and a display means. CONSTITUTION:In the RAM 21 of an IC card 20, the sewn data containing the work station number performing the various sewing works execution on the body to be sewn, the work name, the sewn sheets number, the display data for displaying the sewing position of a work cloth on a CRT 38, the stepping data of XY pulse motor on each one needle, etc., are respectively stored in the stage order. When a hanger is fed to a work station, a worker removes the IC card 20 and the body to be sewn from the hanger, the IC card 20 is fitted to a connector as well and a reading switch 31 is turned ON. Thus, a CPU 30 displays on a CRT 38 the work station number, work name, the number of sheets and sewing place.
