PURPOSE:To prevent the adverse influence of air permeability by preventing the penetration of moisture by using a nonwoven fabric having water repellency as a base material and providing a sticking agent layer having a pad material/or not having the same to the single surface of said base material in an air permeable state. CONSTITUTION:A nonwoven fabric having water repellency composed of fibers wherein a fiber diameter is 0.7-10mum, a basis wt. is 10-100g/m<2> and a fiber filling ratio is 5-30% is used as a base material 1. A sticking agent layer 2 having a pad material 3/or not having the same is provided to the single surface of the base material 1 in an air permeable manner. This sticking plaster prevents the penetration of moisture and does not damage air permeability. |
