EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula V. USE:A medicine, having excellent metabolic stability in living bodies and pharmacological action excellent in agonist or antagonist activity of leukotriene B4 (LTB4) and useful as an agonist, etc., of the LTB4 capable of providing an expression factor for inflammations, allergic symptoms, etc. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (R' is H or R<1>; Z<1> is protecting group of OH) is reacted with a compound expressed by expressed by formula III (X is halogen; Z<2> is Z<1>) to form a compound expressed by formula IV, which is then subjected to removal of the protecting group and further amidated to afford the compound expressed by formula I.</p> |
