摘要 The invention concerns a process for producing optically active bicyclo [3.3.0]-octane derivatives of formula (I), characterized in that 3-cyclopentylpropine derivatives of formula (II) in which X and R<1> have the meanings given are reacted with NaI in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile and with tributyl tin hydride and acetylated, after the protective group is split off, in the presence of DMAP. The bicyclo [3.3.0]-octane derivatives of formula (III) so obtained are reacted with chloromagnesium copper compounds of formula (IVa) ClMgCu(R<4>)2 or with the iodine zinc copper compound of formula (IVb) IZnCu(CN)(CH2)3COOCH3.
