Transporter for granular material - has forward tilting action and slider discharge over raised end

The vehicle for transporting the free flow granular material e.g. sand and gravel, has a trough shaped container (4) hinged onto the chassis about its front edge. The slider (15) has transverse bulkheads (18) reaching into the trough and is mounted on slides on the sides of the trough. When the trough is raised the slider pushes the load out over the raised rear edge. The tilt- and sliding action is driven by separate rams (6,12). The slider has a roof cover and is supported on the trough by rollers. ADVANTAGE - Safe, stable tipping action, can deposit material onto raised site.
