PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by supporting a vibration body by means of a motion stopper therefor. CONSTITUTION:A vibration body 1 having a protrusion 1a at the side of sliding face is supported on a mount table 4 through a motion stopper 6, a pressure spring 3, and the like, with a piezoelectric element 2 being jointed to the upper face thereof. A rail type friction member 8 pressure contacts with the vibration body 1 through a vibration isolator 5, and the comb tooth section 6a of the motion stopper 6 is inserted into the slit of the vibration body 1 in order to support the vibration body 1 through a felt 7. Displacement of the mount table 4 is restricted, through a restriction member 9, only in a predetermined direction. |
