PURPOSE:To prevent write abnormality from occurring even when read abnormality occurs in rewrite data by storaging a storage information receiving the error correction of a buffer memory in the rewritable area of a memory when no error signal is outputted from an error deciding part and controlling not to perform rewriting when the error signal is outputted. CONSTITUTION:A storage part 15 having a read-only storage area and the rewritable storage area is provided, and waves from automatic ticketiers (a) and (b) are received at a reception part 16, and a command is sent to a command identification part 17, and write data to the buffer memory 19 via a switching part 18. The write data stored once in the buffer memory 19 is sent to the error deciding part 20. The error deciding part 20 performs error correction by, for example, a cyclic return code, etc., and returns the data to the buffer memory 19, and supplies an error detecting signal to a write control part 21 by deciding the case where the error correction is impossible to be as a read fault. Thereby, the write abnormality can be prevented from occurring by discriminating a read defect by performing error checking even when a read defect occurs in the write data. |
