Ammonium salts of polycyclodextrins for use as hypocholesteremic agents.

摘要

Ammonium salts of polycyclodextrins prepared by: a) cross-linking the cyclodextrin; b) esterifying the cross-linked cyclodextrin and treating the ester obtained with a dialkylamine followed by quaternization of the amino nitrogen atom. Said salts have elevated hypocholesteremic activity and the advantage of very low toxicity.
