<p>PURPOSE:To prevent leakage between the same or different kind of materials such as concrete and metal by baking a foaming rubber layer of excellent mechanical strength at the lower layer of a swelling rubber layer with ribbed recessions and protrusions so as to be lined. CONSTITUTION:Ribbed recessions and protrusions 4, 4 are formed crosswise at the surface of a swelling rubber layer 2, and to its rear face, a rubber sheet 3 containing non-cured foaming agent is attached and subjected to pressure and heat. Curing and forming are performed simultaneously, thus forming an integrated laminated layer body. Accordingly, water stop material minutely integrated without interposing an adhesive layer so as to possess excellent mechanical strength can be obtained as well as peeling caused by mechanical stress can be prevented.</p> |
