摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device by folding a sensor element consisting of piezoelectric oscillators for driving and those for detection. CONSTITUTION:The sensor element consisting of piezoelectric oscillators 11 and 11' for driving and piezoelectric oscillators 12 and 12' for detection has a folding structure. Connection parts 14 and 14' have front ends bent, and coupling parts 13 and 13' are fixed to these front ends to support oscillators 11 and 11' orthogonally to plate surfaces of parts 14 and 14', and oscillators 12 and 12' are constituted on both sides of parts 14 and 14' in root parts. Thus, the difference between the length in the vertical direction and that in the horizontal direction is reduced, and this sensor element is efficiently stored in even a case where the length in the vertical direction and that in the horizontal direction are approximately equal. Since a maximum length of the case is reduced, the number of degrees of freedom of the storage space where it can be provided is increased. When oscillators 11 and 11' and oscillators 12 and 12' are held in one case orthogonally to each other, the sensor element is efficiently stored in the case, and the device is miniaturized.
