PURPOSE:To obtain a thin film having anisotropy of ion conductance by performing chemical modification on an ion conductive oligomer or polymer for providing a function to form a bimolecular film. CONSTITUTION:A canal part 1 is composed of one piece, two pieces or three pieces of linear alkyl, alkenyl, alkynil and fluoroalkyl radicals having the carbon number 10 to 30, a connection part 2 is able to have various constructions according to the number of the alkyl chain, and a polarity part 3 contains the oligomer or the polymer of a formula 1 having the proper chain length at least as a part of its construction for becoming a migration path of ions. By forming a solid electrolytic thin film of a material having such a molecular construction, a thin film having a bimolecular film construction due to self- organization capacity of the molecule itself can be obtained, while the thin film comes to have anisotropy of ion conductance. |
