PURPOSE:To immediately set the frequency of a reference clock to a prescribed value by providing a first operator which raises the frequency of the reference clock signal and a second operator which reduces the frequency of the reference clock signal and simultaneously operating first and second operators. CONSTITUTION:The output of a PLL 12 is inputted to a terminal CLK of a musical sound generating part 13 through a frequency divider 7 and is used as the reference clock of this part 13. The frequency division ratio of a programmable divider 8 is designated by a tuning data generating part 9 in accordance with the depressing operation of a first operator 10 which raises the tuning value and a second operator 11 which reduces the tuning value. First and second operators 10 and 11 are simultaneously operated, and this operation is detected to output the signal, which sets the frequency of the reference clock to a prescribed value, to a frequency varying means. Thus, the frequency of the reference clock is immediately and accurately set to a prescribed value like a reference value without increasing the number of switches. |
