PURPOSE: To eliminate the dispersion of a start delay time due to starting an inverter by performing processing an operating command by an interrupting process, opening a start after a fixed delay time, providing a delay circuit between a start signal input circuit and a microcomputer, and variably setting a time from the operating command to opening the start. CONSTITUTION: A start delay time of an external volume 16 is input to a comparator 11 through an A/D converter 6. When a rotational command is input from a setter 22 to a start signal input circuit 5, its output becomes from 5V to 0V. After passing a filter 4, a counter 7 is started. The comparator 11, when a counter value 19 of the counter 7 and a value of the A/D converter 6 are calculated by EXOR logic to obtain 0, represents a lapse of the preset start delay time. An output of the comparator 11 becomes from 0V to 5V, to be returned to 0V after transmitting to D-FF17. The D-FF17 outputs 0V to an interruption terminal of a microcomputer 9a, to start an interrupting process. |
