PURPOSE:To obtain a stable water column, which entraps no air bubbles and has a uniform pressure in the peripheral direction, without twisting by flowing water from a pressure equalizing chamber having a large transectional area to a nozzle part through a conduit. CONSTITUTION:Water supplied from a water supply port 15 provided in an upper metallic conical part 12b flows downward into a pressure equalizing chamber 21. Since a central partitioning wall part 13c in the chamber 21 is inclined toward the lower end side so that the capacity of the chamber 21 is expanded, water flowing into the chamber 21 flows to stay on the bottom side. After the chamber 21 is completely filled up with water, water is led to conduit 20 like an orifice in the upper part and is sprayed from a water exit 16 through a nozzle part 17. The quantity of water corresponding to the quantity of sprayed water is supplied from the water supply port 15 to always completely fill up the chamber 21 with water. |
