PURPOSE: To facilitate use with minimum constitution and facilitate addition of components by passing buffering liquid whose concentration is changed as a function of prescribed time at a low pressure, and passing a column including charging material containing a sample ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stored buffering liquid are supplied, and the buffering liquid whose concentration changes as a function of prescribed continuous time is supplied at a low pressure from an inlet 36 to a column consisting of lower part and upper parts 31, 33 for storing charging material 38 whose sample contains a sample ingredient as a carrier. By this low-pressure supply, the sample ingredient is opened from the material 38 with a buffering material of prescribed concentration and supplied to a detector through the outlet 35 of the column, so that sample ingredient concentration is detected as a function of the time of sample ingredient in the liquid flown out from the column. It is thus possible to use liquid chromatography easily because of small type, and add a component easily because of unnecessary particular parts.
