PURPOSE:To reduce size and weight, and consumption power, to realize good visibility, and to enable daylight switch function and maintenance free by containing a switch circuit section which detects an output voltage of a solar cell and lights only under a low illuminance, in a transparent container and by attaching a mounting belt to the container. CONSTITUTION:A maintenance-free DC power source is obtained by charging a secondary battery 4 of relatively small volume with little self discharge to at least 1.6V through a check diode 6 by a thin film solar battery 1, etc., which is provided with a plurality of elements connected in series on a substrate. A switch circuit section 9 which turns ON, or turns ON and OFF a light of one or plurality of high luminance LEDs is provided inside a transparent container. At the same time, the output of the solar cell not less than 1V is detected as a gate voltage and switched OFF to automatically light or to turn ON and OFF the LED only under a low illuminance. Furthermore, a mounting belt is attached to a container. Thereby, reduction in size and weight, and good visibility can be realized, thereby enabling daylight switch function and maintenance free by the solar cell. |
