<p>PURPOSE:To perform the write of data at every PROM area by providing an address conversion circuit and a setting means for it. CONSTITUTION:At the address conversion circuit 9, (N+a) is outputted to an address bus high-order 2a and an address bus low-order 1a by the setting condition of a switch 10 when an address bus 1d is set at a value (a). And the value (a) is outputted to the address bus 1c of a PROM writer 7 and data of address (a) is outputted to a data bus 3c, and (M+a) is inputted to the address bus high-order 2b and the address bus low-order 1b of a semiconductor device 6, and the data of address (a) is inputted to a data bus 3b. Thus, the data of address (a) of the PROM writer 7 is written on the address (M+a) of a PROM 5 in the inside of the semiconductor device 6. In such a way, the data from a leading address (b) to the last address (c) of the PROM writer 7 can be written on the addresses from (M+b) to (M+c) of the PROM 5 of the semiconductor device 6.</p> |
