<p>The procedure consists in selecting (5), from symbols or ideograms representing actions or objects from an operational theatre, those which are able to provide information about the state of specified situations which can be observed within the operational theatre, in composing the messages according to various fields each containing a symbol in order to juxtapose the selected symbols in an order suitable to describe each type of situation observed, in encoding and in transmitting (TX) almost simultaneously each composed message, each message capable of being transmitted at any instant regardless of the state of information of the various fields constituting the message and regardless of their order of information.
