摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To correctly detect a clutch engagement start point constantly under certain conditions during travel of a vehicle by a method wherein the clutch engagement start point is detected by a clutch position when clutch input rotation number becomes misaligned with its output rotation number during clutch disengagement control at the time of deceleration. CONSTITUTION:An engagement start point detecting unit 50 is obtained wherein a primary pulley rotation number Np on the clutch output side, an engine rotation number Re on its input side, a real clutch position S and the output of a clutch disengagement identifying unit 41 are input. An engagement start point SM is detected from a position of a point of complete disengagement Np not equal to Ne where the primary pulley rotation number is Np and the engine rotation number is Ne at the time of identifying the clutch disengagement. In addition a setting unit 41 of a desired engagement start point SMd due to a throttle opening degree theta, etc., is obtained wherein the engagement start point SM and the desired engagement start point SMd are input to a compensation amount calculating unit 52 to calculate a compensation amount S, and this is input to a desired clutch position determining unit 45 so that the compensation amount S is added to a semi-engaged desired clutch position SD2 to compensate difference in engagement start points.</p>
