MANUFACTURE OF PRINTED WIRING BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE:To save several steps of a conventional process by electrodepositing composite resin coatings containing conductive powder particlulates on a conductive circuit pattern. CONSTITUTION:A conductive circuit pattern 2 is formed on an insulating board 1 and an insulating resist coating 3 is formed at a prescribed part on the pattern. Then composite resin coatings 4 containing conductive powder particulates (e. g. carbon powder) are electrodeposited on the pattern 2 which is not covered with the coating 3 and a desired circuit is obtained. Several steps of a conventional process are thus saved and productivity is improved.
