<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is H, alkyl benzyl or aryl; R<2> and R<3> are H, alkyl, benzyl, aryl or (substituted (2-hydroxyethyl, with a proviso that R<2> and R<3> are able to construct heterocycle together with N atom; one of X<1> and X<2> is H and the other is halogen]. EXAMPLE:A (R)-N,N-dimethyl-1-[(S)-2-iodoferrocenyl) ethylamine. USE:A polymer containing the aimed compound is useful as catalyst of heterogeneous asymmetric synthesis or gel for optical resolution of polymer. PREPARATION:A ferrocene derivative expressed by formula II is lithiolized with organic lithium compound and reacted with halogenating agent. Besides, reaction condition is preferably a temperature at from -10 to 30 deg.C, time for 0.1-5 hour, pressure at 1-3atom. and in nitrogen or argon atmosphere.</p> |
