<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer having a structure such that an electrode on a transformer device side and a lead terminal made by a plate spring on a package side are pressed and come into contact with each other by the spring force, in which initial variation in the contact state of the electrode on the transformer device side and the lead terminal is small and the change with time is small. SOLUTION: A contact point part 11B has in advance an inclined angle inclined in the extending direction from a base part 12B. When a static pressure force from a transformer device 1 is applied to the contact part 11B, the base part 12B supported by a case side wall 5B is deflected, and the turn angle of the contact part 11 by the deflection of the base part 12B is canceled by the inclined angle. Consequently, the contact part 11B and the electrode of the transformer device 1 are always kept parallel to each other. The turn angle can be also canceled by a structure in which the contact part 11B is provided at the end of a short cantilever-structured second plate spring, extending from the end, in the extending direction of the base part 12B toward the case side wall 5B.</p> |
